RFQ and contact information
Your company, contact details, requirements, BOM lines and files are used for quotation review, sourcing and communication. Submitted records and files are stored on the server. Email correspondence is processed separately in the email system.
Retention and access
Web RFQ access expires after 180 days. Expired records and files are removed during subsequent request processing and administrative cleanup. Relevant records may be transferred to the commercial system when required for a transaction or legal retention. Customer access requires the request number and private access code; administrative access requires an authorized account. Request an NDA and an appropriate channel before sharing restricted documents.
Cookies, analytics and service providers
Google Analytics and advertising pixels are disabled in this version. Language is selected by URL. The RFQ basket is stored only on your device; RFQ starts, server-confirmed submissions, errors and PDF clicks are stored as daily aggregate counts only, without identity, product, file, free text, user identifier or tracking cookie. Hosting, security, data and file services use Sites/Cloudflare. Security and authentication services may use technical cookies. Enabling analytics requires updated information and an appropriate choice mechanism.
